TARIFF EXCLU.S.ION REFUND OPPORTUNITIES:
As the government adds more exclusions to the fourth list of Section 301 tariffs on Chinese merchandise, there are more opportunities for customers to receive refunds of tariffs they have already paid. We are filing a great deal of Post Summary Corrections and Protests to obtain these refunds for our clients and ask that you reach out to us if you feel your commodities are eligible for a refund.

TIMELY PAYMENT AND TERMS:
Another item we must address with our customers is that in order for our company to continue to provide the quality customer services that we do, we must continue to staff our offices. This means that we must be paid timely so we can continue to pay our staff and vendors. Therefore, we ask that our customers remain within their terms. To facilitate this, we are now accepting payments to us by Automated Clearing House-ACH (preferred), wire transfer, or by other approved electronic payment services, if you cannot physically cut us checks. We understand that everyone is adjusting to business in these unprecedented times.
