(HLS), a leader in international logistics and NVOCC.
This merger will bring Coppersmith under HLS Group Holdings, majority owned by Hong Kong-based private equity firm Nexus Point Capital, which is strategically integrating global logistics companies into a dynamic growth platform.
Throughout its 76 year history, Coppersmith has built a strong national presence with offices throughout the United States. Under this new arrangement, Coppersmith will retain its brand, leadership, licenses, and offices, ensuring continuity in operations and services.
