The United States Trade Representative has set up an online portal for submission of exclusion requests to list 3. This portal is only accepting submissions through September 30, 2019. Visit the portal and create an account and get started.

List 4

List 4 was the most recently announced list by the President on August 1, 2019. Since his announcement, the USTR has split this list into “4A” and “4B”. 4A is effective for merchandise imported or withdrawn on or before September 1, 2019. List 4B is effective for merchandise imported or withdrawn on or before December 15, 2019. USTR has committed to offer an exclusion process for the items on lists 4A and 4B but it has not yet been published.
